Employment Dispute Services, Inc. (EDSI) markets and administers the Employment Dispute Resolution Program which was established in 1992, shortly after a significant Supreme Court decision which held that an employee could be compelled to arbitrate his age discrimination claim. EDSI responded to this decision with a private court system for resolving employment-related disputes. The steady growth of this program has confirmed the vision of its founders that both employers and employees want a faster, less expensive way to resolve their employment- related disputes. EDSI services clients in 22 states, and this mandatory arbitration program is offered nationwide.
